TASTING NOTES : Wonderful gold color with a fragrant and complex nose of acacia, honey and golden fruit. Good structure with honeysuckle and spicy notes and elegant and delicate oak.

FOOD PAIRINGS : Pan roasted chicken with Morel mushroom sauce, spicy starters, fish, garlicky dishes and cheese.
