Click & Collect

Orders with Click & Collect collection mode are available at Domaine la Provenquière (withdrawal from the cellar) no later than 2 working days after receipt of payment for the order.

Home delivery

We propose the delivery in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.

Orders are processed upon receipt by La Provenquière Estate.

As an indication, the average preparation and delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of your payment in Metropolitan France. The time of delivery for the other European countries may vary and can be slightly longer.

A transport flat rate of 18 euros applies for any order with a total amount less than 150 €. From 150€ of purchase, La Provenquière Estate offers you free delivery.

The products are delivered to the address of your choice, indicated on the order form, in metropolitan France. We send you the invoices by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated on your customer account when creating it or when placing the order.

We use several shipping methods and several carriers, depending on the nature of the order, such as Colissimo followed by La Poste and GLS, but other carriers can also be used for home delivery.

As soon as the product is shipped, the tracking number will be communicated to you.

In case of unavailability of a product, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.

La Provenquière Estate cannot be held responsible in the event of delays due to postal services or carriers.

You are required to check the good condition of the items and packages delivered. In the event of a damaged package or broken items, you must refuse the package before signing the delivery note and inform us within three days, indicating the order number. 

We will implement the necessary means to send you an identical package as soon as possible.

Return & exchange

As a customer, a non-professional natural person, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of your order to return or exchange a product. You will be refunded in full (excluding delivery costs) as soon as possible.

No penalty will be applied. However, the return costs are at your charge. In the event of an exchange, the costs of the new delivery remain due.

Items returned to us must be in perfect condition, if applicable in their original packaging, and unopened. They must be packaged in such a way as to be protected during transport, ensuring that they are received in a condition that allows them to be resold.

Attention! Any return must be the subject of a prior request to the customer service of La Provenquière Estate. 

We undertake to process your request as soon as possible and we will send you a letter containing the instructions necessary for the return of the product.
