The work begins in the vineyard with a careful selection of the most favourable plots for the production of such cuvées.

This “PUR Blanc” cuvée faithfully expresses the delicacy of Grenache Gris and the terroir in which it flourished. It is a round wine, with a clear and sparkling colour, refreshing and full of finesse, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and quince.
The elegance of the Pinot Gris grape is honoured in this "PUR Pinot Gris" cuvée, which expresses as faithfully as possible the terroir in which it has flourished. Lively and expressive, you will find aromas of white flowers and notes of exotic fruits.
The elegance of the Marsanne grape is honoured in this "PUR Marsanne" cuvée, which faithfully expresses the terroir in which it has blossomed. Lively and expressive, you will find aromas of dried apricot, quince and floral nuances.
The expression of the Marselan grape is honoured in this "Pure Marselan" vintage, which expresses as faithfully as possible the terroir in which it has flourished. Fruity and fleshy, you will find the characteristics of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grape varieties from which Marselan is derived.
This "PUR Muscat Sec" cuvée honours the Muscat à Petit Grain. This single variety, greedy and exuberant, will seduce you with its notes of lychee and passion fruit.
