TERROIR : Planted on north-facing clay-limestone soils.
WINEMAKING: Grapes exclusively harvested at night. Direct pressing followed by a long fermentation at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES : The colour of this wine is brilliant with green reflections. Its nose expresses lively and elegant aromas of white flowers and its palate is rich with notes of exotic fruits.
