This workshop invites you to explore the subtle art of pairing wine and chocolate through a guided tasting of 5 wines and 5 handcrafted chocolates in the Château's tasting room.
Following a brief introduction to the estate and its history, we will guide you step by step through the basics of tasting.
For each wine, a carefully selected chocolate will be served, allowing you to explore how their aromas complement, contrast, or enhance one another. You'll discover how the texture, sweetness, or intensity of a chocolate can transform the perception of a wine — and vice versa.
