WINEMAKING : Before the vinification, we select the best parcel to produce this type of wine. Short maceration before the alcoholic fermentation and pumping over during the maturation is done in concrete tank in order to keep the fruity character. This red wine is vinified without added sulphites.
TASTING NOTES : Ruby colour with delicious aromas of juicy red berries, mouth-filling strawberry, redcurrant fruits and sweet species with soft, silken tannins and a soft finish.
