A tribute to Achille, our ancestor, "Achilleus Rouge" is a wine of excellence from the finest plots of the estate. Complex, discreetly woody, with aromas of spices, overripe red and black fruits, it is a timeless and precious wine, between tradition and modernity.
This “Saint-Chinian” cuvée invites you to discover the authenticity and richness of this Languedoc terroir. Its sublimation by the Robert-Boularand family results in a velvety wine with complex aromas of very ripe black fruits and spices. This wine aged in oak barrels is slightly flavoured with vanilla and has a nice length on the finish.
