Saint Chinian
This “Saint-Chinian” cuvée invites you to discover the authenticity and richness of this Languedoc terroir. Its sublimation by the Robert-Boularand family results in a velvety wine with complex aromas of very ripe black fruits and spices. This wine aged in oak barrels is slightly flavoured with vanilla and has a nice length on the finish.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Grenache – Syrah – Mourvèdre
TERROIR : Schists with North facing.
WINEMAKING : Long maceration and pumping over during the fermentation.
AGEING : Ageing in demi-muids during 12 months.
TASTING NOTES : Intense deep rubis color. On the nose, notes of spicies and black berries. The palate is complex and frangrant with notes of red berries and forestt fruits with a long finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS : Red meet, Lamb shoulder, Game.
