GRAPE VARIETIES : Syrah – Grenache – Sémillon.
TERROIR : Clay-limestone.
WINEMAKING : Harvested during the early morning. Direct press for each of the 3 grape variety then vinified in co-fermentation in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES : A wonderful pale pastel pink color with a delicate nose of floral and redberries aromas. Juicy and vibrant wine with notes of peach, strawberry and wild raspberry. The finish is deliciously long with a lovely freshness.
FOOD PAIRINGS : Sushi, grilled fishes.
