WINEMAKING : From a skin contact maceration followed by direct pressing.
AGEING : Ageing on fine lees in tank and oak barrels during 12 months.
TASTING NOTES : Wonderful gold colour with intense stone fruits aromas and slightly oaky and toasty character. The palate is round, subtle and well balanced.
