TASTING NOTE : Complex and concentrated nose, with notes of blackberry, truffle and spices (vanilla and safran). Opulent, intense and full bodied on the palate with silky tannins.

FOOD PARINGS : Red meat or Lamb with a tomato sauce and Basmati rice

SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 12-15°C

STORAGE : Up to 10 years.
