WINEMAKING: Grapes harvested at maturity, overnight to preserve their maximum freshness. Cold maceration for a few days to obtain this light, bright color. Then direct pressing followed by a long fermentation at low temperature in vats.
TASTING NOTES: This light red wine with ruby color develops aromas of fresh and delicate fruits (raspberry, strawberry) with hints of spices brought by the Syrah. It is a floral wine with silky tannins. A fresh and fruity wine, perfect in any season!
FOOD PAIRINGS: To drink fresh as an aperitif or cocktail, on pizzas or tapas. Goes very well with Italian cuisine, on white meats or with Mediterranean dishes. It accompanies your fruit salads, Pavlova and Strawberries.
