WINEMAKING: Each parcel is carefully selected according to the terroir best suited to the production of our 0.0% cuvées.
The harvest is carried out very early in the season to preserve all the vivacity of the estate's fine Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Harvested at night to preserve their freshness, the grapes are meticulously selected. A short skin contact during a cold maceration extracts the most delicate compounds, before direct pressing and preservation of the must by pasteurisation.
This is followed by a complex blend, structured by an infusion of grape seeds, yeast extract and French oak, which gives our cuvées balance, depth and a unique character.

TASTING NOTES: This cuvée has a lovely bright yellow colour and reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, as well as tropical fruit. The palate is deliciously fruity and flavoursome. The Péché Coquin 0.0% collection uses the codes of wine to achieve perfect balance!

FOOD PAIRINGS: For all occasions, from aperitif to dessert. This cuvée is the perfect pairing to scallop ceviche, asparagus with a light mousseline, monkfish with baby vegetables, fresh pasta, grilled white meats and/or a Paris-Brest or Pavlova.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve well-chilled, between 8–10°C (46–50°F)
