WINEMAKING : Harvested during the early morning. Direct press for each of the 3 grape variety then vinified in co-fermentation in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES : Expressive and superb nose of white flowers. The palate is harmonious and elegant with notes of acacia, citrus and apricot and with a nice freshness on the finish.
