GRAPE VARIETIES : Syrah-Petit Verdot
TERROIR : Clay-limestone and blue marl soil, North facing.
WINEMAKING : Long maceration with pumping-over during the fermentation.
AGEING : Aged in concrete tank and French oak barrels for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES : Beautiful ruby colour. With notes of dark cherries, bramble fruits and gingerbread. The tannins are silky and polished and there is a rich but well-balanced finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS : Duck with olive sauce, Lamb, Moussaka
