“Le Téméraire” is a “Style Provenquière” blend resulting from plot selections from our most beautiful terroirs. A long-keeping wine matured in oak barrels, with a round mouthfeel and melted oak, full of spring aromas, white flowers, violets, honey and vine peach, enhanced with buttery nuances.

This “Saint-Chinian” cuvée invites you to discover the authenticity and richness of this Languedoc terroir. Its sublimation by the Robert-Boularand family results in a velvety wine with complex aromas of very ripe black fruits and spices. This wine aged in oak barrels is slightly flavoured with vanilla and has a nice length on the finish.
A confidential cuvée in a limited edition of 1860 numbered bottles, it is a precious and deep wine with aromas of red forest fruits, blackcurrant, spices and olives aged in oak barrels.
This prestigious, long-keeping wine is inspired by Mr. Paul Teissonière, owner of La Provenquière Estate in the 19th century and collaborator in the work of Louis Pasteur on wines and their conservation in the 1860s.
