P Malbec-Petit Verdot
This “Malbec-Petit Verdot” cuvée is an original and charming combination of grape varieties. This surprising duo gives a fruity and supple wine, with a lovely translucent purple color, aromas of kirsch, bay leaf and blueberry.
The “Sémillon-Vermentino” cuvée is an atypical and charming synergy of grape varieties, with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. A rare wine, dynamic and full of contrasts, between roundness and liveliness, born from the winemaking talent of the Robert-Boularand family!
GRAPE VARIETIES : Vermentino - Semillon.
TERROIR : Located on a calcareous north facing hillside, this specific terroir give the freshness to the wine.
WINEMAKING : Direct pressing followed by a long fermentation at low temperature which gives to the wine its fruity character.
TASTING NOTES : Gold, brillant colour with aromas of pear and white flowers. The palate shows the balance between the roundiness that bring the Semillion and the vivid character from the Vermentino.
FOOD PAIRINGS : Seashells and shellfishs, Sole meunière.
