WINEMAKING : Harvested during the night. Skin contact maceration followed by a low temperature fermentation with selected yeast. Ageing on fine lies.

TASTING NOTES : Fragrant nose of stone fruits, pear and white blossoms. The palate is well balanced with a good minerality and notes of vine peach and nectarine.

FOOD PAIRINGS : Chicken with a creamy sauce.
