GRAPE VARIETIES : Malbec – Petit Verdot.

TERROIR : Mainly clay and limestone.

WINEMAKING : Short maceration of 15 days with pumping over during the fermentation. Ageing in concrete tank in order to keep the fruity character.

TASTING NOTES : Rubis colour with aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and rose. Very juicy, succulent wine showing red cherry and raspberry notes, with a vibrant palate of very soft, silky tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS : Charcuterie plate, grilled meet, tomato-based pasta dishes.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 12-15 ° C

STORAGE : Up to 2-3 years.
