WINEMAKING : Direct pressing followed by a long fermentation at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES : Beautiful pale pink color with nice crystalline light grey hues. The nose is delicate and floral with notes of rose, small red berries and pomegranate. On the palate, freshness, and fruitiness with lovely notes of redcurrant, cherry, and citrus. A balanced, elegant, and refreshing rosé on any occasion.
