WINEMAKING : A white wine vinified like a red wine. Short pellicular maceration around 10 days with daily pumpings.
AGEING : Jar and stainless steel vat.
TASTING NOTES : The amber colour of this wine is vibrant with gold highlights. The nose is intense and releases mandarin and candied fruits aromas. The palate, complex and well structured, has a good balance between subtle honeyed notes and a fresh finish.
