Chardonnay
With precision and brilliance, the Robert-Boularand family reveals the pure expression of the fruit and the typicality of each grape variety in this historic range. The “Chardonnay” cuvée is a silky and round wine, with flavours of citrus, vine peach and quince.
GRAPE VARIETY : 100 % Chardonnay.
TERROIR : From vines planted in 1986 on clay / limestone under banks and a part is on gravels.
WINEMAKING : Short skin contact maceration followed by a fermentation at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES : This wine has a lovely light yellow colour with golden shades. The nose is characterized by delicious citrus fruits and vine peaches aromas. It’s fresh, round and supple on the palate, and has a pretty finish with quince notes.
FOOD PAIRINGS : Saint-Jacques scallops and et saffron risotto.
