GRAPE VARIETY : 100 % Sauvignon
TERROIR : Clay-limestone soils on north facing hillsides.
WINEMAKING : Grape harvest at night. Low temperature fermentation then ageing on fine lees.
TASTING NOTES : This wine has a light yellow colour. The nose is subtle, with pear, stone fruits and almond notes. The palate is between smoothness and freshness, with delicious contrast and finesse.
FOOD PAIRINGS : Seafood and fishes, Ceviche.
